ADMISSION PROCESS

• ● Register on our website sanjeevanamacademy.com and visit Sanjeevanam Academy Office. Collect Sanjeevanam Academy Information Brochure and Application Form.


• ● Read Sanjeevanam Academy Information Brochure carefully for details of classroom programs, courses, fee structure, code of conduct etc.


• ● Fill the Application Form carefully and submit the duly signed form along with recent passport size photograph of the student and self-attested copies of relevant documents like Aadhar Card, previous two year mark sheets, score cards of competitive exams or olympiads cleared (if any) etc to Sanjeevanam Academy Office along with the first instalment of fees to secure your seat. The Fee Receipt will be shared after confirmation of the payment.


• ● Collect the Welcome Kit from Singularity Educators Office, which includes study material, notebooks, T-shirts, Bag, Hoodie etc. Your admission is now confirmed!


• ● Complete biometric fingerprint registration for attendance monitoring system. The ID card will be iisued in due course of time.
